So, the OBX weekend is in 6.5 weeks. My current weight is 189.2. I need to get 10 pounds gone. I NEED to be under 180 for the beach. What does this mean?? Absolutely NO cheat days. East what I want, but it MUST stay under the calories I am allowed per day. Exercise EVERY day. Weights as often as possible, but DO NOT overdo it. The arms need to lose inches before hitting the beach. I want to wear tank tops and sundresses and feel like I look good. If I lose 2 pounds per week(which should be COMPLETELY doable) that would be a total lose of 13 pounds. If I succeed at this, my weight by the beach week should be 176.2. IF I SUCCEED AT THIS, I WILL HAVE LOST 53.6 POUNDS SINCE NOVEMBER. That is freaking awesome, and I have the ability to do it, as long as I focus and work hard. WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING??? If I hit 175 by beach week. Look to that as the goal. It IS possible, and I CAN do it!!!
Goal for exercise: Burn 400 calories per day. Don't need to eat all calories back, but eat some. Do arm weights as often as possible. Get those arms fixed! 6 weeks is PLENTY of time! They already look better, so if I work hard, it should be no problem!!!!
I want to get a tanning membership, so that I look hot at beach week. I should be able to have a pretty rockin tan in 6 weeks if I go on a regular basis!
So, by beach week: toned arms, 175 pounds, and tanned bod. Make it happen baby!!
